We want you to feel good about preserving your story. Here's how refunds work, in plain terms.

The free trial is free

The 90-second sample costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Your Story ($125)

• 10-day money-back window: you may request a full refund within 10 days of your purchase — just email us, no hassle.
• After 10 days: because your memoir is a custom document made just for you, your purchase includes two rounds of revisions so we can make it right. If something still isn't working after we've worked with you, contact us and we'll do our best to reach a fair resolution.

Hardcover book ($99 / $49)

Printed books are made to order. Once a book has gone to print, it can't be refunded — but if your book arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no charge.
