The free trial is free

The 90-second sample costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Your Hardcover Memoir ($299)

• 30-day money-back window: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — just email us, no hassle.
• After 30 days: because your memoir is a custom document made just for you, your purchase includes two rounds of revisions so we can make it right. If something still isn't working after we've worked with you, contact us and we'll do our best to reach a fair resolution.

Printed hardcover books

Your $299 includes one hardcover book; additional copies are $99 each. Printed books are made to order. Once a book has gone to print, it can't be refunded — but if your book arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no charge.
